Not a gift, but a present. A here and now present.

When was the last time you were truly in the moment?

When was the last time you walked down the street without going over the things you had to get done?

When was your last ‘now’?

We’re so wrapped up in worries that we miss out on life. Everything is loud and in your face, and it’s hard to ignore. Getting past those worries will be worth your while.

It truly is a present to be in the moment. It’s liberating not worrying about worries. Schedule a time to worry about worries. Now is for now.
