New Blogger’s Lie

Bloggers lie, especially new bloggers. Fake it until you make it. But some of us aren’t faking it, we are simply writing about faking it, without actually putting forth the effort. This includes me to a degree. It’s a curse of the semi-confident.

The post the comes out is what we(new bloggers) know we are supposed to do. It sounds like great advice. Problem is we don’t follow it ourselves, and so it’s meaningless. I am confident enough to write, but not confident(or committed) enough to take the advice.

Do yourself a favor, if you haven’t done what you are about to post, write about what you have done instead(for instance writing how you hven’t done what you write about doing, ahem.). The world will be much better about it.
